The project goal was to rehabilitate this 1930's house into a functional and efficient modern home once again. When working on older structures, we always respect the existing language of the project while creating new space. Properly done, the finished product should have a balance between existing and new that is indistinguishable.  

The program for this home didn't change drastically from the purchased 3 bedroom 1 bath, but we did give closet space in each bedroom, and increased the kitchen and bathroom square footage. Windows, electrical, plumbing, roof, and porch were all replaced in this project due to age and deterioration.
